Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can I build an MVP backend with Anythink?

Each entity you create gets a REST API as soon as you save it, so you can model your data, turn on sign-in and add a first workflow without writing backend code. Payments also need your Stripe account or App Store Connect set up on their side.

Is everything included in the free plan?

Yes. Workflows, payments and dashboards come with every plan, including Free. Plans differ in storage, monthly active users and usage, so you move up a plan as your product grows rather than to unlock a feature.

Can I take subscription payments from day one?

Yes. Connect Stripe, create a plan with a trial if you want one, and check entitlement from your app. For iOS apps, Apple in-app purchases are verified on the server and bound to the account that made them.

Do I need to write backend code?

Not for the usual work. The API, sign-in, permissions, payments and workflows come from configuration. When you need custom logic, a workflow can run a script or call any HTTP API.
